Adobe After Effects Trial?

i was thinking about getting adobe after effects cs4 (from amazon or something) because my mac only has 32-bit. but i really want to try a trial first. so, my question is that if i download the trial version of adobe premier from the adobe website, which includes both cs4 and 5 in the purchased version, will the trial have cs4 that i can access and use? and if not, where can i get a SAFE and LEGAL trial download for cs4?
