Swollen taste buds...causes...?)?

I got 2 today. I get them every so often. one is on the tip of my tongue and is small and white. and the other on the middle of my tongue big big and tongue color. is it because of my bulimia... I know its bad for me. I just relapsed 6 days ago. and its back worse than ever. I do attend an outpatient program for this. I use to be inpatient. but this time I feel like im dieing...:( and I sort of wish it would because I dont want to deal with it anymore. but yet I keep somehow falling back into it... well is swollen taste buds common in bulimics
