What are your rights or recourse?

The local cops arrested me and while taking blood for supposed drug use and planted a chip in my arm. They didnt say they where doing this but I was convinced thats what they did.I now can prove it and I want to know if I Can I sue these bastards for using me as a ginny pig.I was forced to blood test and they also marked me for life or at least 15 or so years(life of the chip) what else dont we know? Are these chips capable of releaseing some drug that could terminate me. they dont admit to that yet but thyey might not be telling us all the possibilitys of these microchips. anybody with similar expieriance, love to hear from you or any advise
