Keep the Sacrlet macaw or what ?

I need adivce should I just keep My Scarlet Macaw which is tame but is kind of scared and I need to train him or should I just get a African grey or Amazon ?? Please help?? My famliy wants one that is good to mimic and not scared and is cuddly? Which one of these 3 parrots are better?? Please no bad comments!
