What animal should I get?

In defense of ferrets, they might be a bit of work but they are unlike any other animal (sure there are similarities). They are very unique animals. If an owner takes the time to properly take care of a ferret then they will rarely smell. I have a number off ferrets and they don't smell. They love to play, need a lot of out-of-cage time (mine are not cage bound and that helps them to stay odor free since they aren't constantly stuck in the same location/bedding etc). They are so loveable and cuddly and have such personalities. Ferrets are so worth it! If you do a ferret, please get at least 2. They can't regulate their own body heat and cuddle together to sleep. Plus, they need a play buddy of they can get very sad or depressed. They are very emotional animals. I LOVE FERRETS!
