How do i hide cuts and scars on my arms when swimming?

ok so i cut myself and i know its horrible and all that stuff but i have been trying to stop in fact i hadn't cut for a month until i had a relapse last night but anyways im going to a church camp in two weeks and i have to go because my mom already paid and everything. and the cuts and scars are from my wrist to my elbow and please please please don't just not answer this question because this will help someone self harm or something because i really need help on what to do. thanks for reading all this!
